Starting the month right: A delish dinner and catch up with Anna at Coal Office after work.

Very happy to have finally been able to tick riding a pedalo in Hyde Park off my list!

Also, I was very excited to check out the charity shops in New Malden with Tina, the local pro!

Known as London’s Korea Town, we had lunch at Tina’s recommendation of Bibimbap & Chimaek – the mixed mushroom bibimbap was incredible and such good value for money (ludicrously cheap when included in the Eat Out scheme)!

The evening before heading to the Lake District, James and I grabbed dinner at The Real Greek which we thoroughly enjoyed.

A few of my fave snaps from our week in the Lake District <3

Delicious dim sum at Wing Tai in Cricklewood and we grabbed some groceries from Wing Yip, the big Chinese supermarket next door afterwards.

James rarely cooks so it’s always a pleasant surprise when he does – especially when there’s steamed lobster tails in garlic and chilli butter involved!

Eating Out to Help Out at: Casa Pastor, Yauatcha (avoid the mediocre Tasting Menu but the dim sum is great) and our beloved Harry’s Bar, one of mine and James’ favourite restaurants (the steak and mash was insane but I was evidently too hungry to have remembered to take a pic).

A great day out charity shopping in Bethnal Green and Whitechapel with Tina!

We also loved our lunch at the wonderful, family-run E Pellicci <3

Finally, I’ll leave you with a few of the displays that I created at work that I’m rather proud of!
